17 Group Terms & Conditions Charters Towers Visitor Information Centre | OPEN 7 DAYS Ph 07 4761 5533 | email@example.com | www.visitcharterstowers.com.au An initiative of Charters Towers Regional Council • Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, confirmed passenger numbers are required 7 days prior to the date of the tour. • Where passenger numbers are reduced within 48 hours of the date of the tour, payment will be required for the total number of passengers as stated in the Tour Group – Final Booking Confirmation (Form 3) or the most recent confirmation held on file should Form 3 have not been returned to the Charters Towers Visitor Information Centre by the tour company. • A 50% cancellation fee applies when cancelling the entire group within 48 hours of the date of the tour. • Full payment is required prior to or on day of tour. • Where there are no confirmed credit facilities, a security deposit equivalent to 50% of the total group booking is required to guarantee the reservation, with the final 50% payable on the day of the tour. ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT: • EFTPOS, Cash or Cheque prior to arrival • EFTPOS, Cash or Cheque on the day of tour • ONLINE PAYMENT via a Payment Request link. A payment request (with tax invoice) will be emailed once final numbers received 7 days prior to your visit. Follow this link to make your payment online.
